Project Overview:
The Jamhuri Tech and Innovation Summit 2022 was held at the Kenyatta International Convention Center from December 9th to 12th, 2022 and was focused on technology and innovation as part of the Kenyan government’s implementation of themed national holidays. The forum was attended by the President of Kenya, Cabinet Secretaries, global tech leaders, and representatives from various government departments and agencies, as well as micro and small enterprises and its aim was to showcase the innovative products and services developed by Kenyans in various sectors. As part of the showcase, Meta requested us to design and build a pragmatic use case of the Metaverse that the president of Kenya, his excellency DR. William Samoei Ruto would go through. We developed his identical avatar and placed him in a 3D simulated environment where he got to engage in a meeting with a representative from the Meta team in the Metaverse.
Target Audience: The president of the nation of Kenya.
